BIDV Bank Chooses Tadiran Over Avaya, Alcatel, Siemens And NEC – Jan 12, 2009

The Bank of Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) has implimented Tadiran Telecom VoIP to provide an IP telephony network of 60 systems and sites throughout Vietnam. The project is valued at over $3 million. The network will allow all of the Bank's branches, spread throughout Vietnam, to communicate toll free utilizing voice over IP telephony and IP Telephones. The customer, like many other education institutions worldwide, had a goal. They wanted to advance their communications capabilities, reduce costs and improve services to faculty, staff and students. BPL Telecom, one of our Business Partners in India, provided the solution! A Coral IPx system was installed at the school. The buildings and facilities of the campus are connected via a fiber optic IP network. Users have either IP telephones or analog extensions connected via FXS gateways. Ireland Government Agency - Coral Sea Softswitch – November 2008

The Health Information and Quality Authority of Ireland was established as part of the government's health reform program. Their mission is to drive quality, safety, accountability and the best use of resources in Ireland’s health and social care services. This organization reports directly to the Minister of Health. When looking for a telecommunications solution to support the efforts of this organization, the HIQA chose the Coral Sea Softswitch provided by DIACOM, our Business Partner in Ireland. The system supports the sites of HIQA both in Dublin and in Cork. Upon completion, the system will have 200 IP telephones and 40 WiFi telephones supported by 2 Wave Gateways. The organizations inspectors, who spend their weeks traveling to hospitals and other health facilities, use Softphones to stay connected to the Headquarters. By remotely logging in to the system, the users receive all their office phone functionality directly on their laptop. These include their extension number, features, routing rules and speed dial numbers thus allowing them to work efficiently and cost effectively on the road as if they were working from their office.

International Rollout Of Coral Sea Softswitch V 3.0

Sept 16, 2008 - Tadiran's International division this week hosted its Business Partner Conference including Partners from dozens of countries around the world. Introduced was Tadiran's flagship NGN (Next Generation Network) application server - Coral Sea Softswitch. Version 3.0 offers customer increased functionality including mobility, administration and call handling. Tadiran will start the rollout in it's Americas divisions over the next several weeks. FOCUS ON MINING INDUSTRY IN RUSSIA – SEPTEMBER 2008

Due to the potential dangers in the field of mining, the government of Russia has instituted strict regulations in the area of communications equipment to this sector, and only companies that receive approval from the proper authorities can sell, install and maintain systems to this market.

Our Partners in Russia have taken the task of focusing on this market very seriously. Corall Telecom received a certificate of approval from the “Sertium” Certification Agency and also from the Federal Service of Russia for Ecological, Technical and Atomic Supervision, allowing our Partners to provide telecommunications turn-key solutions for the mining enterprises.

NK Telecom, another division of our Russian partner, participated in the “Russian Coal & Mining 2008”. Our partners presented Tadiran’s IP Solutions as well as their own special developments for the mining industry such as the “Tashtagol” telephone.

“Tadiran Telecom, a leading global IP business telephone and communications supplier, today announced the completion of a communication network for Kazakhmys Corporation, the world's tenth largest refined copper producer employing 66,000 workers. Tadiran won this project against fierce competition from Nortel, Avaya, Siemens, Nokia, and Alcatel and has been deploying this intricate solution, comprising 40 systems that support the corporate center and remote mines, over a period of four years. The financial value of the project is about 3 million dollars.” The success of the project led the Kazakhmys Corporation to implement additional phases. We are happy to report on the most recent phase of the project that was completed over the last three months

TADIRAN IS BIG WINNER IN CHINA – AUGUST 2008

The North China Power Grid Company (NCPG), which covers Beijing and 5 neighboring provinces, was courted by KTT and DIXIN for quite some time but continued working with our competition. Our Partner’s patience and professionalism, coupled with the Coral’s capabilities and reputation in the Chinese market, paid off. Type approval for the Coral systems was given by NCPG in the fourth quarter of 2007. Since then, our Partners have been competing with the world’s largest communications systems providers and this time, came out WINNERS! Two of NCPG’s companies, in LANFAN and in ZHANGJIAKOU, ordered multiple, large Coral IP communications systems and applications such as Tadiran’s network-wide monitoring system (CFM) and Coral Navigator, a desktop productivity client tool.
